Microsoft To Do Reviews for Indian Users
Alternatives Considered:
Succeeds by simplicity--and Microsoft integrations
Comments: I use To Do to manage my own to-dos, including those assigned to me in any of the various Planner Plans I am part of.
Pros:
Within the To Do pane, I can manage my own lists as well as Planner tasks that have been assigned to me. It's a more flexible interface than Planner, and provides a lighter, more mobile-friendly task experience. Further, To Do's My Day planning approach is simple but brilliant: start every day with a blank slate.
Cons:
To Do doesn't do much natural language processing. The web app has been slow and difficult to use for years. To Do doesn't bring many high-bore features, such as Gantt charting, but it doesn't need to.
Stay organised with To Do
Comments: I love To Do and use it every day for teams that I am part of, as well as managing my own daily tasks and reminders.
Pros:
Super easy to use and perfect for collaborative task management. The ability to bolt onto Teams as an app is also a real advantage too, minimising the need to utilise multiple systems simultaneously.
Cons:
No obvious flaws for me… It’s appeal is in its simplicity, so the inclusion of additional features may not be a good thing!

Simple and Effective
Comments: I use Microsoft To Do practically every day that I am at work. It's easy to make my list in the morning when I first get to the office, add things throughout the day if needed, and mark things off once they're completed. It's very simple, but extremely helpful as well.

My Go-To Task Management Tool
Comments: This is my go-to task management tool. It has been the first thing I check at the beginning of each work day and helps me manage tasks, task priority, and due dates.
Pros:
The integration with other MS tools such as Outlook and Teams
Cons:
There needs to be better options for templating repetitive tasks and copyingtasks to different groups
To do is a very good application to generate productivity in the team
Comments: An experience 10 out of 10 we have had greater productivity with the program in this sense it has been particularly interesting to work with it, the completion of tasks and task lists is easy to generate, we also love that since it is a Microsoft product it can have compatibility with Other products that we use from Microsoft such as Outlook and Microsoft Planner, Word, etc.
Pros:
I love that when the program is opened it generates reminder notifications of the pending tasks that need to be completed, I think it is a very good assistant for all software developers. It also keeps a productivity count and this means that at the end of the day we can see how far we have progressed in our work and at what point we can say that we are already in a safe rest zone to be able to jump to the next project.
Cons:
There have been occasional deadline reminders and the program arbitrarily changed the deadline for another similar task that we were generating. It is a technical error that was solved by contacting support, but I am grateful that there was such a willingness to solve this.

Microsoft To Do Makes Task Management Easy
Pros:
Its simplicity means that it is great at the thing it does, which is being a to do list. There isn't too much noise, or loads of functionality that isn't needed. It's simple to use, and does it well.
Cons:
Perhaps the UI could look a bit more modern.
Alternatives Considered:
Useful but Underwhelming
Comments: I think that there is potential for it if it can be paired with Planner, Loop and DevOps.
Pros:
I liked that it would alert you if you had something that was vital to be completed, and it allowed me to set other teammates todos as well.
Cons:
I really didn’t like that when I didn’t want to receive messages, it was cumbersome to turn off. It’s an all or nothing sort of thing.
Microsoft to do feedback
Comments: Overall, I've had a good experience with Microsoft To Do. I can stay busy and organized with the help of this easy-to-use task management application. Managing both personal and professional commitments has been made easier by the ability to make several lists, set reminders, and prioritize activities. Its consistent updates and enhancements have made it a dependable option for effectively planning everyday chores, despite some early integration difficulties.
Pros:
The best thing about Microsoft To Do is how well-balanced its robust task management tools are with its ease of use. Although it is simple to use, its robustness allows it to cover a wide range of organizational demands, from basic to-do lists to more intricate project management chores.
Cons:
The thing I disliked the most about Microsoft To Do at first was how poorly it integrated with other Microsoft services and platforms, which occasionally made it difficult to work seamlessly between different apps. But with updates and improvements over time, this has become better.

Pros:
- I use Microsoft To Do to digitally manage my day as far as my tasks is concerned. It's easy and simple to use and being a Microsoft product, it easily integrates and with other Microsoft products that I already use. The application is free, I have not had to pay a cent to use the application.- With Microsoft To Do, you can creates different task lists for different things. For example, you can have tasks both for work and for your own personal life all in one account. - Automation: In terms of automation, I love that I can add due dates to tasks automatically. For example, if you type 'Call mom tommorow', a due date will be automatically added for the task for tommorow.- One of my favorite features about Microsoft To Do is the fact that it behaves the same way Microsoft Outlook behaves in terms of notifying you when a task is due. The notification pop up is so clear and hard to miss when you are using your laptop/desktop. It comes the same way an email comes through using Microsoft Outlook.
Cons:
I have nothing bad to say about Microsoft To Do. I can only recommend that they continue to work on and advance the application to make it better and attractive. For example, they could incorporate a timer so someone is able to track the time they are taking to complete a certain task instead of having to rely on a separate application for that.

Compared to some other task management tools, Microsoft To Do lacks advanced features like Gantt charts, time tracking, and detailed project management functionalities.
