Microsoft OneNote Reviews for Indian Users

Dare to find a better note task program. Beautiful
Comments: I can't say enough about how great OneNote has made me more efficient and relieved a lot of stress from confusing notes/tasks.
Pros:
I love the notes and tasks making. The ability and way you rearrange and organize notes/tasks is bar none. Saved me so much time and headaches.
Cons:
For some reason Microsoft in general login is a bit clunky and not as smooth as I'd like,
Microsoft OneNote makes work better!
Comments: Great, I use it on a daily basis to record important meeting notes, create to-do lists, store documents and images, etc. It does it all!
Pros:
The fact that you can actually treat it like a notebook with different pages and tabs. It also has a great search feature.
Cons:
I don't fully understand the cloud/one drive features.
Nice if you work with MS Teams/M365
Comments: I only use OneNote for the team wiki pages because of its integration with MS Teams. But for my personal notes/wikis I prefer to use other platforms as Notion, which is more powerful and complete than OneNote.
Pros:
- Fully integrated with MS Teams. - You can access the data within Teams, or web. - Seamless synchronisation via OneDrive. - Cross-platform. - Collaboration in real-time.
Cons:
- Search feature doesn't work, at least in our environment. You can try to search typing a word which appears in the "section" or "page" header, and it doesn't find anything. I don't think that is the normal behaviour. - Not too much user-friendly. - Different experience depending on the platform. - Limited export options. - It misses some important features that its competitors have. It just "do the work" but it is some kind of "basic" app.
The best way to organize your digital stuff
Comments: great everyday companion to keep all your ducks in a row
Pros:
Omnipresence (mobile, web, app etc.), integration with other Microsoft products, flexibility (allows lists, formatting, images etc.)
Cons:
search function sometimes lets me down (there are two search boxes - even after years of using the app I get confused)
Lots of advanced featurs.
Comments: Its my favorite go to notes application.
Pros:
Great place for quick notating but with the ability for additives and attachments. My favorite feature is the voice notes!
Cons:
Takes a some time to learn all the features and how to use it to the best of its ability.
