Chapter2Dental has done this for patient education. I have been in dentistry for over 20 years and explaining procedures to patients has always been difficult. You have to search the office to find a model and it is impossible to have a model for every procedure. I always steer away from videos because patients do not want to sit and listen to a random person explain the procedure to them. Chapter2Dental allows you to have a visual aid at your finger tips and allows you to explain the treatment to the patient making it way more engaging. The texting and email feature is amazing. I used this software for 1 week and I was completely sold. We now have over 9 treatment plan coordinators in our company using this software. > > **Cons**: I can not say that I have any Cons about this software. I will tell you that as I used the software and I made recommendations that would make it easier for me to use and they made changes immediately . I was so impressed by this\!
