> **Cons**: If i had more options to customise the pop up or card designs on a CSS level. Atatching youtube videos comes with youtube player which i really hated, i would have liked if the player could hide or if it could allow uploading json to use lottie on my cards to make them more interactive

> Overall the product provided a lot of fast iterations, run experiments by creating batches of users. The design side could do have better options. You get a lot of good tools and pre built chat and article features which are very useful.
