> **Pros**: I appreciate the value provided to my business by Better Reports. Anytime I am looking to run a specific report and I am unsure where to find the numbers they have been extremely helpful and have created several custom reports for my dashboard with no hassle.

> **Cons**: No cons to report. It is a simply layout and design, but I appreciate that I am paying for ease of use and excellent customer service as opposed to paying for high end looking graphics.

> **Pros**: Shopify is wonderful in so many ways, but their reporting is lacking. Better Reports has helped me get the information I need. The new sales tax reports from Shopify are long and confusing, I could not see the amounts I needed to report. I emailed the help desk and within hours had the correct info in a "made for me" sales tax report. It actually is easier to read than Shopify's old report.

> **Cons**: I haven't had a Con yet. I of course wish the information I need was included in my Shopify monthly charge, however if you need the info in order to make correct business decisions, $39.90 a month is worth it.

Platform itself has a slight learning curve but is extremely robust and can be used by both beginners and advanced users alike. BetterReports has become a vital piece to our daily operations as well as allowing us to get granular with reporting on a day to day basis\!
