Waist your time with "support" just let people know its down. The support staff told me it was an issue and they updated last friday. They don't have a free trial and that's done deliberately, they know if they had one no one would sign up and then they refuse refunds to everyone. > > Beware of this company. Sendspark sounds great on paper, but the tech simply is not there. The software performs poorly and did not work as promised, even when I used it exactly according to their recommended guidelines, which they later tried to use as an excuse. Key limitations are not clearly disclosed before purchase. You only discover them after you have paid. I requested a refund within 48 hours and had used almost none of my allowance. They refused and kept my money for a product that does not do what they claim. There is no free trial, which says a lot. If people could test it first, most would not buy. Looking at other reviews, this is a pattern, not a one-off. Take your money elsewhere.
