> **Pros**: Allex gives much better visibility across projects, priorities, and shared resources than most project management tools I’ve used. The simulation features are especially helpful because teams can test decisions before changing live plans. I also liked that the system combines structured planning with enough flexibility for real day-to-day work. Many tools are either too rigid or too chaotic, while Allex feels much closer to how companies actually operate.

> **Cons**: Some areas of the user experience could also become more intuitive and visually guided over time, particularly around resource planning and onboarding for new users. In more complex environments the system makes a lot of sense, but smaller teams may initially need guidance to fully understand the value and workflows.

> Overall, a very positive experience. Allex helps teams understand how projects impact each other and makes planning across multiple parallel projects much more transparent and manageable.
