Social Hour provided exactly what we needed: the ability to stream -in full screen- all of the content, a platform that was open and friendly to design and branding for artists and creatives, accessibility options that made the event more accessible to the hard of hearing, and unmatched live-help for attendees who were having a difficult time accessing the platform. The Social Hour team was also accessible in problem-solving tech issues before the event, during the event, and debriefed with us after the event. Most notably users could not turn on their camera and mic.
