> **Pros**: Lo que más me gusta de Pandapé es que unen varias bolsas de trabajo en un solo sitio, puedo identificar fácilmente los CV's repetidos y unirlos , el uso de IA para calificar y descartar candidatos es fácil y muy útil

> **Cons**: Que tal vez la pagina no esta enfocada hacia candidatos a puestos de niveles altos como directivos, los CVs no siempre estan actualizados y eso hace que la IA cometa "errores" al calificarlos

> **Pros**: Me encanta tener las dos principales bolsas de trabajo; en un mismo lugar y mi base de datos unificada. Nos permite llevar un tracking del proceso y los candidatos muy preciso y supervisar al equipo de reclutamiento. Tambien la plataforma es super intuitiva.

> **Cons**: . Creo que para puestos operativos ya no es tan funcional como antes pero porque lel mercado ha cambiado y los operativos en México ahora quieren respuestas rapidas y contrataciones inmediatas; la capacidad de integrarse con otras plataformas como CRMs sería ideal.
