> **Pros**: The software is the perfect solution to the difficulties of running events in the current climate, and will change how things work going forward. It works very well, and was easy to set up and use.
> 
> **Cons**: One downside was customers not being able to message us after the order, such as to bring up any issues or missing items. It also wasn't easy to change items to out of stock as this has to be done on the portal rather than the app, but not impossible.
> 
> The developers/NOQ staff were incredibly helpful, readily available for any issues and made sure us as users and event organisers weren't left alone with any queries or problems. The app worked well and was a great solution to being able to cater and run events in a safe way.
