> **Pros**: Un logiciel très pratique pour mettre en place des enquêtes internes : il génère un bon taux d'engagement et est assez bien accepté par nos collaborateurs \! Les questionnaires proposés sont déjà bien conçus, ce qui nous fait gagner beaucoup de temps.

> **Cons**: Un accompagnement sur la QVT serait un gros plus, notamment une fois la collecte des résultats passée \!

> Le CSE voulait un état des lieux sur la qualité de travail des salariés. Grâce à IDTree nous avons pu confirmer que les salariés se sentent bien dans l'entreprise et avons eu confirmation de 2-3 points à améliorer.
