> **Pros**: It's very easy to start building flows and bots. It's quite intuitive and easy to work with even though it can handle quite some complexity.

> **Cons**: The UX could be better. Building flows takes a lot of time of copy pasting bot dialog names and changing child parent relationships manually. Dragging and dropping would make it a lot easier. &#10;The train tab could be better (most common difficulty for clients when they handle a bot themselves and where the bot loses most quality). &#10;Analytics

> Mostly automation of customer support centers. We have automated a good part of many of them and saved them a lot of time that would have been wasted on boring tasks.
