> **Pros**: Customer service responsiveness was good. The navigation of the website is user friendly and not complicated to get around the pages.

> **Cons**: The platform doesn't allow you to use different bank accounts for different rental units. They require you to open a new account and pay again which is frustrating when one has multiple properties and is managing on behalf of owners. 
I also experienced issues with Plaid platform this company uses to link your bank acct. Ezlandlord almost returned funds back to tenant bc of a bank acct link issue that was not on my end.

I'd rather pay a little more for a more robust platform that can handle multiple properties and bank accts as well as have better escalations with issues not on my end. Its mainly been frustrating using this platform. After the 1st year (since i already paid) I'm using a different platform. The formatting of the lease signatures was also a little off and this should be fixed to make the leases look more professional.

> **Pros**: Online Application.  Online Background Check. Online Credit Check. Online Eviction Report.  All of these tools are so valuable to check backgrounds of potential tenants.  It's so easy to plug in potential tenants email addresses and send them an online application, as well as the link for potential tenants to start the background reports.  Ease of viewing reports once potential tenants complete the application/background process.  A useful tool to help decide if the tenant is the right person to rent a property to.

> I will continue to utilize this software as long as I own and manage rental properties.  The customer support is fantastic to get questions answered. The legal department offers excellent advice depending on different situations that arise with the different rental properties.  Ease of creating a lease on this site which is state specific.  I like how the leases are stored and you can access them at anytime and print only the needed pages of the lease.  Thank You ezLandlordForms for helping me so easily manage my personal rental properties.
