I truly felt seen as a customer, which I never thought I would say in relation to software. The insights and ability to view the competition’s analytics truly allow us to make actionable plans.

> **Cons**: The limited screen sizing can be an issue when trying to have multiple screens open at once. I know the dashboard requires a certain amount of real estate to be viewable, but I would love it if it could become an app on my tablet or even phone.

> **Pros**: I love the way I can verify a story line of an agent. I can see exactly where they've worked, for how long and the likelihood that agent leaving. It makes recruitment much more efficient. I also use Corofy for learning and development of my own company. If an agent leaves where are they going? Why are they going there? What does that company offer that is enticing? What additional support or resources can we provide internally to keep retention high?

> **Cons**: I would love to be able to determine whose license was disassociated versus went inactive at a competitive brokerage. It can paint two very different pictures.

Prior to the existence of Corofy, our company had no interest in recruiting because it felt very "blind" and it required a ton of resources. The data that Corofy provides has really changed the name of the game and we find that to be very exciting\!
