> **Pros**: I can make as many websites as I want for free.  I use them with Google adsense and products I sell to bring in more revenue.  Because they are by Google I am able to easily get relevant traffic using basic SEO skills.  It also offers a free ssl certificate internally placed for security requirements.

> **Cons**: Because it is free, it has many limits that a paid host offers.  The templates are limited so much customizaion is needed.

> I have used Blogger for over 15 years.  I've created many permanent sites and some temporary.  They are easily indexed through the Google console to get great placement on search engines.
