There is a ton of flexibility in the way that you can set up goals, prompting hierarchies, and progress reports. The platform is easy to train technicians to use and is easy to navigate. The support team is also extremely responsive and helpful, even sending walk through videos to answer specific questions. > > **Cons**: Learning the program initially was slightly challenging, however, the team was quick to offer additional training sessions which they recorded for us to share with other clinicians. Once the additional meetings were provided, navigation became much easier.
