> **Pros**: Easy to use. Easy to implement. Reports in a sec. Real time Data for our machinery malfunctions and maintenance. Our people got trained very fast on how to use it properly. Very good visualisation - UI. Atlantis cooperation based on our needs was-is exceptional and with no delays whatsoever. Greek language interface. Easy to demonstrate data on annual inspections.

> **Cons**: The only challenging part is the culture that needs to be shifted in every industry. When people learn to do their job in a particullar way, every change to their "routine" is an immediate no. These systems are here to help all of us (managers-Technicians etc) to do our jobs better and with less effort. Data bases with a good UI such as Aimms really help all ranks of a business to schedule-maintain-execute tasks without spreading chaos.

Last but not least, the customer support provided by the system's team is commendable. They have been responsive, knowledgeable and wiling to go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction.
