> **Pros**: the convenience of being able to digest a client's situation with just a moment's glance.

> **Cons**: Hard to say when it's not necessarily complete yet.  Internal Messaging functionality is missing for now,  a way to upload forms in order to create clients seamlessly (API page where form fields can be allocated to system keys.

> **Cons**: I have requested a couple of updates, such as a field for a Tax ID, or multiple contacts for a client (accounting, inspection, etc), but found it easy to send recommendations over via the platform.

> I am thrilled to have access to a system that was not cost prohibitive for a new insurance agency.  Everyone has been helpful and encouraging, and I'm proud to have a partner with CaptaIMS\!
