> **Pros**: It provides recommendations on courses based off your aspired skills and they are relevant\! The administrator portal is easy to use and manage for onboarding new members. The dashboard is also relevant as it informs you the number of users and which users have not logged in for a while.

> **Cons**: Many times, they have implemented the suggestions quite rapidly after informing the team about it. For example, tilr created a search functionality to search for all available courses.

> **Cons**: I wish there was a way to promote the Mentorship program more. Although I understand it in theory, I feel that there is something lacking and believe that Tilr needs to revamp or add something to make Mentorship a more admirable option for different employees.
