Patient notes are lost daily, medications don't reconcile in the chart, transfer of information from our previous system was close to nothing. For the last 3 months, I have worked endlessly during nights and weekends due to this horror show of a product. There is not a thing that works easily and much of it is redundant.

We have learned quite a bit and we continue to discover all that we can accomplish in the system; but the best part is the human component, anytime we need assistance we can count on an account representative to help us clarify or resolve the situation on a timely manner, if they cannot do it right away, they investigate and follow up, keep up the good work\!
