> **Pros**: I love the responsiveness of the helpdesk team at ggCircuit that supports ggLeap. The ggLeap program itself is incredibly well programmed (stable) and intuitive for users to use. The ggLeap admin console is feature-filled with efficient and effective options to give players the best possible experience.

> **Cons**: This is a tough question. If there's anything at all to like the least about ggLeap, I guess it would be that I've had the thought that it would be nice to have the ggLeap admin console features to also be available in the ggRock admin console. The only reason for that kind of thought is a convenience factor: switching tabs in a browser between the two admin consoles is most likely by-design, but it does seem silly that we can't enter Admin Mode for a client system from the ggRock admin console, even though we can Wake-on-LAN and reboot systems from both consoles.

> Our institution has been working with ggCurcuit for ggLeap and ggRock for about two years to go through the processes for purchasing, installation, configuration, and on-going updates. They were very accommodating on the terms of the contract its negotiations. Their helpdesk system uses Discord, and they are normally extremely quick to respond with an acknowledgement of our reported issue or query. Problem resolution has been 100% so far when the issue is with any of their services/products.
