> **Pros**: El producto es muy intuitivo y amigable, fácil de usar; cuando existen dudas siempre hay una atención al cliente rápida, amable y eficaz. En mi caso lo utilizo para llevar un control de las horas invertidas por cliente o actividad de la empresa y es muy útil.

> **Cons**: La visibilidad de los tiempos de los demás; no me gusta que aparezcan todos juntos en porcentajes y presentación general, aunque ciertamente se puede filtrar para solo ver el usuario personal.
