I feel they really listen to their customers feedback and LOVE that they are always improving the program. Our time on tasks is so quick \& simple. The program is easy to use with great support.

> **Cons**: I probably don't use the program to it's full potential. There are a lot of reports that I should probably take the time to learn. When your Enquiries List is really long it is hard to remember where you're up to and see easily what days/times people are applying for.
