> **Pros**: reduction in paper documents, daily/weekly/monthly logs.  Quality measure documents and QAPI program required activities are easily stored.  All policies are in one place, easily accessible.

> **Cons**: The reports function has been challenging.  We need to pull  up and print reports quarterly which is still an issue.  The graphs/pies are not functioning correctly.

> Overall a positive experience.  It has saved time and paper.  Prab has been very professional and eager to work with us and personalize our platform for our business goals.

Very user friendly, detailed as I want and need it to be, well designed, well thought out, just fabulous\!

They are very east to navigate and help is always a phone call away. \[sensitive content hidden\] has made this process very easy and is always willing to answer any questions or address any concerns and fix any issues we may run into.
