Weel Reviews for Indian Users
Easy to use software with a great UX
Comments: Very good
Pros:
It's very simple, easy to use, both as an admin or end user
Cons:
Only suggestion - not easy to integrate with Xero if you are using it to pay an AP bill
Alternatives Considered:
An easy to use corporate credit card solution
Comments: Divipay has helped us move away from laborious expense claims that employees had to manually fill in. We are saving time and employees are satisfied now that they do not need to spend their own money and wait for us to pay them back.
Pros:
The feature I like most is direct integration with third party accounting software. It makes reconciliation of the card so quick and easy, and no time is spent on importing transactions and coding them. It is all sent through the Divipay system
Cons:
I would appreciate slightly better filtering of the transaction listing
Used to love it but recently so many transactions declined and unhelpful support
Comments: Was great, now very disappointed with declined transactions and poor service.
Pros:
We've been using it for a couple of years for staff expenses and it's so much easier than processing reimbursements for me as finance manager and for the team.
Cons:
Recently we have experienced more and more online transactions being declined. The support team are so unhelpful, they keep telling me to contact the merchant but the message from the merchant is to contact the card provider. You can't call or live chat so it's all by email which is too slow when you're trying to book accommodation or flights. We end up having to ask staff to pay for it themselves and claim reimbursement - which defeats the object of having Weel for us. So disappointing as I have been such a fan up to now but the cost is simply not worth it unless our staff can use it each time.
Alternatives Considered:
I wish I have known Divipay before!
Comments: Overall experience with Divipay is very good. The expenses are very well integrated with my Accounts Payable software.
Pros:
It is very important for me to attach invoices to all expenses. What I like most with Divipay is, the users of the card have to attach the invoice themselves by simply taking photos. It also has the ability for the users to put the description, account to use, category to use, and project to use. All I do as an Accountant is to check whether the accounts used are correct.
Cons:
My only concern with the product is the top up that I think is very late to come. I asked that a top up of $5k be transferred to our account when the balance goes below $7,500. I would like the topped up amount to be transferred as soon as possible as there is a reason why it is needed that badly.
The Pro's & Con's of Divipay for a growing business whose staff travel ... a lot
Comments: Overall, Willyama has had a positive experience using the Divipay application. With multiple staff travelling across a geographical environment as large as that encompassing Moscow to Lisbon, Copenhagen to Monaco, every working week, access to the account keeping, cash provision and proof of purchase services provided by Divipay is why WIllyama continues to be a customer.
Pros:
The ease of account setting in Divipay is a real plus. So too is the ability to account to government and tax-payers what expenses we, as a private company undertaking work for government, have accrued. Proof of expense is a relatively seamless process with Divipay
Cons:
The software has shortcomings. Firstly, it is not yet optimised for use on a standard mobile phone screen. Characters limitations are a problem. Secondly, downloading and reconciling accounts requires some double-handling in terms of editing downloaded products. Finally, the delays in funds transfer - in one instance, six working days - to active accounts can be a problem. But, these short-comings can be worked around and the myriad advantages of using Divipay is why Willyama continues to be a customer.
DiviPay has changed the way we do things for the better
Comments: Quicker month end processes with availability of receipts and coding on the run. Immediate issuing of virtual cards upon request. Integration with Xero is time saving.
Pros:
Integration with Xero is awesome and saves so much time. Ability to capture receipts for staff card purchases and have them immediately accessible to finance staff is priceless.
Cons:
Teething issues with the introduction of bill payments have been ongoing. However, we trust that these will be sorted soon. As a heavily audited company, we need to see improvement in audit trail availability for approval workflow of previously paid transactions.
Easy to use and great customer service
Pros:
DiviPay is very easy to use for administrators and card user. We found it very easy to set up everything ourselves and also integrate DiviPay with our accounting software XERO. Easily adding new credit cards, deleting users/cards and managing spend budgets, as well as uploading receipts by the credit card user at the time of the transaction are the best features. Whenever there was a hitch with something, or a query about a feature, we received a response from customer support in no time. Customer service is outstanding.
Cons:
- We have some customised account codes that are coded as GST free expenses / BAS excluded in our accounting software XERO, but it is not possible to code account codes in DiviPay as 'GST free / BAS excluded'. - Transactions in DiviPay cannot be matched against bills in Xero
Create separate budgets for users and have receipts attached.
Comments: DiviPay has been a time saver for our business and integrates very efficiently with Xero. The company is always looking at ways to improve the product.
Pros:
I like that the system prompts users to complete all the required information on their transaction and that everything synchs automatically with our accounting software, including receipts.
Cons:
We did have questions as we were implementing the software but support is always very quick to respond with straight forward advice. It can be quite expensive if you have a lot of users. Cost is based on the number of users. Cards can only be stored in the Apple Wallet if you have security activated on your phone.
DiviPay solves the problem
Comments: Excellent experience, easy, good support.
Pros:
simple to use in Apple Wallet. Spend the money, take a photo of the reciept and upload it. DiviPay automatically integrates with our MYOB AP. Our drivers are always on the road so use it for accomodation, fuel, meals etc. We have had situations where there budget will be exceeded so i just top it up in about 1 min and they are good to go for 1 off expense or to cover a long trip. Our accounts team love it... best i have ever seen
Cons:
No negatives. For us with MYOB it works flawlessly.
Alternatives Considered:
Easy to use and quick to implement
Comments: Would recommend DiviPay to other businesses looking for a spend management solution.
Pros:
Divipay is super quick and easy to implement. We put in to our business within a few days, and were benefiting within the week.
Cons:
Maybe the customer support can be a little delayed (not live) but in general it is very good.
Alternatives Considered:
Love it
Pros:
It’s just the best! You’re able to pay at stores, you can have a max per card so you get notified each time some subscriptions try to charge more and you can easily delete cards that are not relevant anymore. Customer support is amazing too, they help straight away! Thank you 🙏
Cons:
Not all softwares accept pre paid cards such as divipay so sometime is a bit painful to find a solution around that.

Hi Denise - great to hear you love Weel! We've recently moved to Visa Business Debit Cards so you should have no problems with merchant acceptance with the cards now. Thanks Ben
Not enough
Comments: The system is a good idea and the integration with QBO is good, but if there is no support, the software is constantly crashing, and no one is available outside of hours to help correct the issues, then it's just not good enough.
Pros:
Integration with our finance software was the only feature that we found good.
Cons:
Please note, we have left this software and have our subscription only open while we finalise data for financial audit. We have moved to another program. Lack of support, response times poor, no support available outside of business hours, lack of understanding about issues being experienced, cost.

Hi Julie Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we're sorry that you have not had the experience with DiviPay that we aim to deliver. While we know it can be frustrating when things don't work as you would expect, we are concerned to hear that you felt like DiviPay was constantly crashing, as this is not something we have heard from any of our other customers. We pride ourselves on having an up-time of above 99%, so we would love to get to the bottom of what might have gone wrong. As our support team are all based here in Australia, we do offer limited support outside of business hours. However, we also are pleased to share that most enquiries are resolved in under 6 hours. For more complex requests that require developer assistance, this can take a little longer to resolve it sounds like you may have fallen into this category, for which we apologise for the inconvenience. All the best, The DiviPay team
Overall good with still require improvements
Pros:
Practical to use for daily invoice processing and spending control
Cons:
Use of accounting coding where line item on the invoice may require technical accounting treatment, inventory management etc
Divi
Comments: Excellent
Pros:
Ease of providing staff with a card to pay for business expenses
Cons:
It doesnt always work. For some reason some online subscriptions wont accept divi cards

Hi Guy Great to hear you are finding Weel (previously DiviPay) easy to use. We've recently moved to Visa Business Debit cards which will greatly help with online subscription acceptance. Thanks The Weel team
Saves my Finance time dozens of hours a month
Comments: Excellent. It saves me so much time as the CFO, and I'm looking forward to using the budget features with more rigour once we have a detailed budget done for next financial year
Pros:
Super ease to use product with a great interface. Very quick to roll out. Having a unique card for each user saves us dozens of hours chasing for receipts as it does it automatically. We've now started using Bills which is great. So much so that we now use DiviPay as the default for paying bills, unless the bill needs a bank transfer. Subscriptions is also great for us as we have circa 30 subscriptions that runs into 6 figures of cost per year. Customer support is incredibly fast, accurate, and probably the best I've experienced of any product I've ever used.
Cons:
I'm looking forward to reimbursements on mobile, and when they roll out Xero tracking categories for Subscriptions being pushed from DiviPay to Xero
Best expense management tool
Comments: Has given us the ability to allow staff to make purchases without worrying about them overspending.
Pros:
Being able to issue and remove cards to staff at the click of a button, and being able create cards for subscriptions that we can then cancel if we don't want that subscription anymore. The support team are always on hand to help with any questions and open to feedback.
Cons:
For what we use the software for, there isn't anything it doesn't do that we need.
Divipay is great
Comments: I love it and has helped my team save time for expense claims. Our overall staff who use it love it as well.
Pros:
The ease of use and adoption from staff.
Cons:
Expense reimbursement is only on the desktop version at the moment
Very useful
Comments: Convenient!
Pros:
Getting everyone their freedom for their expenses while allowing the company to monitor this makes the operational process easier for team.
Cons:
None so far. As I've mentioned: Getting everyone their freedom for their expenses while allowing the company to monitor this makes the operational process easier for team.
Really great alternative to business credit cards!
Comments: The time saving benefits at end of month for receipt reconciliation has dropped by 80% since we started using DiviPay
Pros:
Easy to use and also easy to train other, less tech savvy, staff on!
Cons:
Nothing at all, however, if there was one annoying thing it would be that I couldn't add the divipay cards to the cheaper smartphones for our disability support workers mobiles.
Mainly some suggestions
Comments: Not bad
Pros:
Easy layout , Good filter function, Low balance reminders
Cons:
Ok 2 suggestions 1 Make the individual receipts be able to straight downloaded on the record. 2 If there is a message function that makes each record be able to send reminds to individuals about there spendings (optionally), would be much easier for manage.
Time Saver
Comments: Removes a lot of hassle between our operations, payroll and accounts teams. Increased accuracy and reduced effort for coding expenses.
Pros:
Removes a lot of paperwork/double entry and cross referencing accounts and receipts when it comes to expense management. Greater control and security for card purchases.
Cons:
Limited accounting software integrations, although I’m sure that will build over time.
Great product
Comments: A great simple way of managing staff expense cards
Pros:
The innovative use of virtual cards and expense management all online is great to use
Cons:
The virtual card not being accepted by some merchants is a problem eg car hire, hotels.

HR Dept review
Comments: Relatively easy to use
Pros:
Ease of use for budget spending and for setting up monthly and annual subscriptions
Cons:
The app does show all users what the total budget pool is This would avoid embarrassing lack of funds incidents for users Plus the app does not work on all mobile phone types such as Samsung Galaxy phones This requires the need to carry two phones I.e. an iPhone
A great product, extremely helpful with expensing and fund management.
Pros:
The ease of use when adding subscription service products like office software is very helpful. Xero integration makes everything a bit smoother. Adding users is simple and easy for even the non-tech savvy user.
Cons:
It would be nice to have a simple pay as you go feature for intermittent users. Some accounts don't accept a pre-pay card. A fix for this would be helpful. Or a pay per use function for very low use accounts.

Overall it's really great experience with Divipay
Pros:
It's very easy to use and manage. Staff are very happy with it.
Cons:
Some websites won't accept the card (due to it's a prepaid mastercard), it's bit inconvenient sometimes.
