There have been times when I was unable to properly grasp where certain features where or understand how to make them work efficiently. Each time I have had to use customer support, I have found them to be very responsive and helpful. It may take two or three communications but the issue is always solved. The last customer service rep, Kor, was wonderful in assisting me in understanding how to navigate an issue. He took the time to explain everything and even included screen shots. I always feel confident that tech support will help me resolve an issue within a short time frame.
