> **Pros**: I have tried many LMS System for my organization but i found Zoho Learn is very much suitable for my organization. It is very easy to use and easy to implement learning management system. I can easily add outside of organization learners in the learning, which is very much helpful for our remote employees as well customers to learn the course content.

> **Cons**: I have not seen browser proctoring mode for the quiz, where quiz will auto submit, if user switch the browser tab.

> It was solving the issue related to training to our team members. Employees are happy while they get the certificate on completion of their courses and added new skills in their curriculum which is beneficial in the organization growth.
