The concept of the platform seemed promising, billed as easy to use and beginner-friendly. However, the reality of taking on such a project was overwhelming given my other commitments. Initially, I considered using Passion.io's team for the build, but the quoted cost exceeded $10,000, which was well beyond my budget. After a year of no progress and realizing the project was not feasible for me, I decided to abandon the venture and sought to recover some of my investment. Unfortunately, my request for a refund was met with a firm denial based on their 30-day refund policy—a policy that seems inflexible and not particularly customer-friendly. This was disheartening, especially given that the product is marketed as an accessible "plug and play" solution, which wasn’t my experience. I am left feeling misled by the marketing and dissatisfied with the lack of support in adjusting to unforeseen project barriers.
