> **Pros**: From a data analysis perspective, the data we get on 29 Next is more complete than what we were getting on our old platform. I'm better able to track where our sales are coming from, which offers are working, and how our customers are behaving. It's important for us to leverage first-party data in our media buys so we need this kind of full access and control

> **Cons**: It took a bit of time to wire everything up, and hard to understand some stuff like certain payments flows.  But we got it in the end

> Much better than my experience on my Shopify. 29 Next may not be super easy to use for novice sellers, but it is a "professional" software that I'm enjoying using.  For media buyers it offers a lot more depth of access.
