It was helpful for maintaining communication within a busy medical office environment, especially when working between different workstations or remotely. The platform also provided useful collaboration and messaging features that supported day-to-day office communication when configured properly.

We experienced occasional issues with voicemail routing, call forwarding, and outdated provider routing paths remaining active longer than expected.
