> **Pros**: What I liked most about Glean is how quickly it helps me find the information I need without wasting time digging through multiple tools. It makes searching across documents, messages, and other resources feel simple and intuitive, which has made it part of my regular workflow. I also appreciate how easy it is to use for both quick lookups and more in-depth questions

> **Cons**: The main downside is that, like any tool that pulls from a lot of different sources, the usefulness of the results depends on how well information is organized and maintained in those systems. Occasionally, it can take a little refining to find exactly the right result. That said, the overall value still far outweighs that minor inconvenience. For example if I ask Glean a job specific question and the answer isnt documented anywhere, it will not be able to provide info.

I use it regularly and have found it to be a genuinely helpful tool for saving time, finding answers faster, and making everyday work more efficient. It has become one of those tools I naturally turn to because it consistently helps me get to the right information quickly. > Glean accelerated my on boarding and makes it easier to do my job. before I spent hours each week reading through wiki and waiting for responses from colleagues now I can independently access knowledge I need and focus on more strategic aspects of my role. I love that I can ask questions in natural language and expert help is always there on demand.
