> **Pros**: the technology of the product is top notch - No need to log staff in and out . Emts and paramedics switch driving positions often and the system tracks perfectly

> **Cons**: finding event past the 40 hour mark - Longer history would be beneficial . Unfortunately some incidents are reported by the public or others well after the history window .  We are unable to pull that data when this occurs . Ie  someone may report we damaged an overhang or another structure with the ambulance. impact was not hard enough to trigger a recording . issue contacting Rep which has been resolved
