> **Pros**: Basically it help us to manage employee It Workflow automatically. Suppose an user password is expiring then with help of this we can manage auto change its password when it expires and send at all platforms automatically. It help to create user deployment process Easy. By this we can automate IT calls which reduces so much man power like password reset, installing pre required software or new software, create new account for new user,  disable account and many more.

> **Cons**: Need to work more on Reporting part. Some time it face performance issues.
