> **Pros**: 手書きの帳票のデジタル化に大変優れた製品であり、紙帳票のデータ化に多くの時間を割いている業務があれば費用対効果の非常に高いツールです。
他社製品との比較においては、初期設定の難易度の低さが群を抜いており、システムに詳しくない担当者でも自身で設定を行うことが可能です。

> **Cons**: 基本的には帳票のフォームごとに初期設定をする必要があるため、多品種少量の特性を持つ帳票にはあまり向いてません。最近では、否定形帳票に対して初期設定をしなくても良い機能が拡充されつつありますが、個人的には実運用には一工夫必要です。

> 紙帳票からスタートする業務の効率化を検討するにおいては、デジタル面においてデータ化は必須となりますので、デジタル化の取っ掛かりを解決するツールとしては必須のアイテムだと思います。

専門的な知識がなくても簡単に読取設定を行うことができる。
サポートページやカスタマーサポートが充実しており、すぐに不明点が解決できる。

> **Cons**: 個人情報を取り扱うため、オンプレミス版（CUBE）を導入しているが、CUBEシリーズの導入/ランニングコストが高い。（導入/ランニングコストを上回る業務量が必要）
CUBE mini（比較的導入しやすい価格帯）も展開されているが、当社の場合は業務量に対してスペック不足だった。

定型帳票から準定型帳票まで幅広く対応ができ、仕分け機能、データ加工、api連携等、できることが多い。定義した帳票をフォルダ感覚で管理できたり、guiが他社製品よりも使いやすい。

オンプレ版：導入の判断は業務量による
精度、操作等は基本的にクラウド版と同じだが、導入に際して業務量（売上）、及び処理量（納期に間に合うか）をシミュレーションする必要がある。

> **Cons**: 明細行を読み取る時、定義箇所が増えて手間でありさらに費用が掛かる。

> 手書き文字の読取り精度が高く、弊社の現場では紙がやはり多く、手書きで報告書が上がってくるケースが多く、転記の時間が短縮できて非常に助かっている。
