> **Pros**: that it is easy to access, know and see all your pending activies. In that way you can be more easily on time on each of your tasks.

For many normal users, work day most of the time is just the application where my employer loads my tasks and I have to complete a few times a year. I know it is larger and more complex than that, but that is the main use I have given to it.

> its okey in many aspects, but for instance I work in general motors, and I am not sure why we are not using workday as a full integrated platform. for instance my vacation, absences, payroll, etc are dealt in a total different 3rd party software. So I would think that it is not me, but maybe overral my whole company that thinks it is not good for those applications. Not sure if it is too expensive to add those features.

It is user friendly, but also contains a way to learn how to properly use it. Plus any positions offered with in the company can be assessed and contain all the details about the positions.
