It’s a simple yet powerful tool for brainstorming, mind mapping, and team collaboration. The integration with Figma makes it easy to switch between design and planning. ----- ### "Best for New Learners" — 5.0/5 > **Harshal** | *16 January 2025* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: easy workflows, quick actions for import and update, easy to navigate, many quick templates > > **Cons**: it takes some time to get used to it migrating from other tools and seems larger > > It has been great, me and my colleagues love it. ----- ### "First in class" — 4.0/5 > **Gherardo** | *7 November 2024* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Pros**: As a design lead, I've had the pleasure of extensively using FigJam over the past year, and I can confidently say that it has become an indispensable tool in our design arsenal. FigJam's seamless collaboration capabilities are a game-changer, allowing multiple team members to work on the same whiteboard in real-time. The intuitive interface and wide range of tools, from sticky notes and shapes to freehand drawing and text, make it easy for our team to dive in and start leveraging the full potential of the platform. The robust plugin ecosystem has also been a significant advantage, enabling us to integrate a variety of third-party tools that seamlessly extend the capabilities of the platform. > > **Cons**: While FigJam has been an incredibly valuable addition to our design workflow, there are a few areas where I believe the tool could be improved. The lack of advanced version control and history tracking can be a pain point when trying to revert to previous iterations of our designs. Additionally, the inability to directly import assets from other design tools, such as Sketch or Adobe XD, can be a hindrance to our cross-platform design process. > > Despite these minor drawbacks, FigJam has truly transformed the way our design team ideates, sketches, and iterates on designs together. The cross-platform availability and tight integration with the broader design ecosystem have further enhanced our creative workflow, making FigJam a must-have for any team looking to elevate their collaborative design process. If you haven't already, I encourage you to give FigJam a try – it just might change the way you approach design collaboration. ----- ### "Jammin with FigJam" — 5.0/5 > **Chris** | *10 February 2025* | Financial Services Software | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Pros**: FigJam makes it so easy to document workflows and create simple, effective flows for our teams to follow\! > > **Cons**: The interface took some getting used to - sometimes the flows get crossed ----- Page: 1 / 3\ Next: [Next page](https://www.capterra.in/software/1033735/figjam?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.in/software/1033735/figjam) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | ----- ## Structured Data
