> **Pros**: From an HR perspective, I save a lot of time by automating manual tasks. I appreciate automation and quick responses, and our team loves that shopping is quick and easy. We also have birthday voucher gifts, so I can relax knowing that nobody will be forgotten\! 😄 Another great thing about MELP is their customer support — they’re always there to help and quick to respond.

One of the biggest advantages of using Melp is that everything is in one place, the navigation, user interface is easily comprehendible and eye catching. Recognition function is what makes Melp stand out from other local suppliers too and helps companies to enforce their corporate values and build a better company culture. 
Another big advantage is partner discounts, which are being renewed from time to time and is really appreciated by a lot of employees.

Recognition function also lacks some functionalities, for example ability to give points by choosing the amount yourself instead of choosing from a list. 
No ability to sell company goods for points to company employees.

> Overall it has been a delight using Melp, the customer support is really fast and reactive, by choosing Melp we not only got a benefit management platform, where we can advertise all of our benefits in one place, but we also got additional benefits from their partners offers.
