> **Pros**: Very user friendly and \[sensitive content hidden\], their representative was very responsive and helpful. She always make sure that we are taken care of.

> **Cons**: I hope they can make the SMS more accessible. Improve the SMS feature on the website. Maybe add and  inbox there just like any other messaging platform where you can reply to the text right away and not navigate to other tabs just to send a text.
