> **Pros**: As a user, it is easy to manage and gives all the information you might need, as you can search for any kind of document or process or even request a report. You can add tasks or alerts to better control your work or the work of your team. It is very simply to create a document, too.As an administrator, it is as easy as the previous. The workflows are the easiest to create and to manage. If you need to add any change it will be working right away. And the biggest pro of all is that you can configure almost everything in-house, without waiting on the supplier to do it.

> After five years using it, what I value the most is its reliability; strong access control; the possibility to manage all the important areas - files, processes, workflows, alerts, tasks, etc and to integrate with office (windows and web); digital signature; and the simplicity of uploading information (files).
