> **Pros**: I really liked the diverse category options available under the B-Well program on the Forma platform — especially the focus on Financial Wellbeing and Digital Health. It’s great to see that the platform even includes region-specific vendors, catering to localized needs. Additionally, Forma offers seamless integrations with HR systems, making it easy for both employees and employers to track and manage benefit usage efficiently.

> **Cons**: I think it hard to pick the least liked thing about Forma but as a developer I would feel adding a dark mode to it will enhance the UI and make platform more comfortable to use in low lights.

I appreciate the built-in chatbot support, which is quick and helpful for resolving simple queries. The UI is clean, fast, and intuitive — and as a frontend developer, I genuinely admire the design and responsiveness.
It keeps me updated at every step of the claims and transaction process through email, push notifications, and SMS, which adds a layer of transparency and trust. > Overall, I like how easy it is to make use of the LSA to get my purchases reimbursed.  The claims are usually approved very quickly, and since my company covers a wide range of purchases, I usually don't have to worry too much about whether a purchase will be covered or not.
