> **Pros**: Consente di realizzare una connessione tra i modelli BIM e i database informativi per la gestione degli Asset. Permette di gestire il contenuto informativo dei modelli BIM fino alle finiture interne ed i sistemi impiantistici. Import/export delle informazioni tramite semplici tabelle excel. Alta possibilità di personalizzazione: ad esempio, tramite rest API, abbiamo collegato il sistema alle dashboard personalizzate di BI.
