This company’s customer service is beyond atrocious. The only way to get in touch with them is via email, and even then, don’t expect any prompt responses—24 hours is a best-case scenario, and that's only if you’re lucky. When they do reply, it's nothing more than a generic, unhelpful response that does nothing to address your issue. In short, QR Cloud’s customer support is a complete disaster. If you value your time and sanity, steer clear of this company. Their lack of effective communication and genuine assistance makes them one of the worst service providers I’ve ever encountered. Compared to similarly situated offerings that we have tested, it performs substantially better and is reliable.
