> **Pros**: Shallow learning curve. As someone relatively new to the DevOps ecosystem, I found Middleware to be very easy to use and set up. I rarely had to ask the support team for any help; when I did, they quickly resolved it.

> **Cons**: To be honest, I didn’t notice any downside of using Middleware. However, I noticed that they offer integration to a very limited number of third-party services and apps.

> I tried Middleware during my upskilling process, where I tried, tested and learned various observability tools. As someone who also used other observability tools, I found Middleware to be the least complicated. The tool was easy to use, they had detailed documentation, and their installation process was relatively easier than Datadog. I continue to use them for my side projects and experiments.
