> **Pros**: I like the ease of use for the direct therapists (RBTs) when they are running sessions. I like how quickly a Supervisor/BCBA can program new targets. I like the flexibility the software gives the practitioners--much more than I've seen in other systems.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the integration with my practice management system (Lumary) hit some snags. But it is hard to tell on whose side the problem was.

> The team at HiR is extremely helpful, and they really go above and beyond to make sure the software is working for you. They have an outstanding product, and I am glad to have been able to support my team through upgrading our data collection software.
