> **Pros**: Die App ist intuitiv und bietet Echtzeit einblicke in Bestellungen und Lagerbestände. Unser Account Manager ist gut erreichbar und kümmert sich zuverlässig (zumindest meistens ;) ). Die fulfillment Geschwindigkeit im D2C Bereich ist konstant gut, kann mich echt nicht beklagen.

> **Cons**: Bei B2B Bestellungen gibt es noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Je nach Anforderungen, Volumen, usw ist es manchmal noch etwas schwierig. Aber es wurde uns versprochen dass die nächsten Wochen positive Änderungen auf uns zukommen.

> Wir nutzen Hive jetzt schon seit erwa einem Jahr für unser D2C Fulfillment. Die Einrichtung war unkompliziert soweit ich mich erinnere und die Plattform deckt alles ab, was man im Tagesgeschäft braucht. Lagerbestände, Inbounds, Retouren, Analysen, usw. Support reagiert schnell, wenn es mal ein Problem gibt. Meiner Meinung nach eine gute Wahl :)
