> **Pros**: Arctic Wolf Managed Security Awareness is simple to setup once you have a .csv list of users to import. The Phish Alert button is simple to implement as well. Users easily understood how to use the Phish Alert button.

> **Cons**: Once users have reported emails as phishing it gets colletcted into a list where the technician can acknowledge each reported email. The problem with this particular interface is that is a little underdeveloped as the page is missing a responsive layout. Otherwise, the phishing review page gets the job done.
> 
> Overall, Arctic Wolf Managed Security Awareness is an effective product that meets the needs of enabling users to report phishing and for the technician to be able to blocklist reported emails.
