Pros:

It was quite quick and ease of access, i was able to complete in 30 to 40 mins.Some answers can be easily guessed without reading the questions

Cons:

Felt text oriented specially Under Identifying Sexual Harassment - could be more of visual than text.Can cover more details on Internal Committee, Process, Members of IC etcQuiz was quite easy, can add questions around the content of the course as well.

I do not have any known major limitations or drawbacks of Calibr.It is possible that some organizations or learners may have specific needs or requirements that are not fully met by Calibr, but overall, the platform has received positive feedback for its comprehensive set of features, user-friendly interface, customization options, and robust analytics and reporting tools.

A Great LMS

Pros:

The ease of usage and amazing content builder.

Cons:

Would be great if a few more templates are added on the platform

Great LMS for self paced learning.

Pros:

Group admin feature is very helpful to create different cohorts and monitor the learners progress. Very easy to use yet a versatile LMS. It is very easy to create micro learning content using its AI Course builder.

Cons:

None as such. Option to edit videos within the platform will be good to have.

Streamlined and User-Friendly

Pros:

I recently audited a course with a standout feature: its simple and user-friendly interface. The design is clean and minimal, creating a distraction-free environment. The course seamlessly integrates multimedia elements without overwhelming users. In a world of complex online courses, this one's straightforward design makes it a refreshing and effective choice.

Cons:

I wanted to provide a suggestion for improvement. Throughout the course, I noticed a limited use of images. Adding more visuals, such as charts, diagrams, or illustrations, could significantly enhance the learning experience. Visual aids can help reinforce concepts, break down complex information, and keep learners more engaged.

Comments: - The UIUX is simple yet appealing which means it makes it easier for the user to navigate throughout. Apart from the category of Courses and Videos I also liked the addition of "Books" as a category. This means that the platform caters to not only learners who like to upskill through audio-visuals but reading too! Basically makes it customizable to different learners- Talking about one of these categories I managed to complete one course and I found it quite interesting, simple yet covering important insights and with a good blend of written and audio-visual elements. I liked the section of "Knowledge Check" which had different scenarios as questions to assess the learner - Talking about the books category, I went through a particular booked and liked the features wherein the reader can highlight the text in different colors and also add notes for the same, the publication/citation references, bookmarking etcThe platform allows you to create your own course or video and I liked the fact that for creating a course it gives an option to create via AI or with your own material

Pros:

I think the Videos category could have more engaging content rather than one person speaking which makes it monotonous. Maybe a blend of animation+voiceover could help. Books category can also have summary bullet points meaning a short synopsis of what the book is about or mentioning the important highlights/insights

Comments: I am having a great learning experience with Calibr, I use to miss the libraries where I can go look into the available books/learning materials and curate my own learning path but not anymore, with Calibr I get this all and even more. The courses authored by various experienced professionals not only helps in enhancing knowledge about a certain topic but also provide industry wide exposure.

Pros:

The course content, highly available- Mukti device support and easy to follow course guidelines.

Cons:

Nothing to be changed at the very moment, all things are best in class.

Comments: Overall, it is a wonderful experience.

Pros:

The best features are end-user friendly, easily customisable. With interactive narratives and simulated storylines as learning resources, retentive memory in the learners is stimulated, fostering meaningful learning experience.

Cons:

Everything is great. Making the AI interaction more human-like is one area that can be improved. Additionally, it might be beneficial to share more information verbally and less in writing.

Modern LXP Platform

Comments: Overall it has been a great experience using Calibr.

Pros:

The course authoring tool of Calibr is very intuitive and easy to use. The user interface is very simple and minimalistic. We have mostly experimented with Calibr for internal product and sales training and it has worked well.

Cons:

The product is still new and does not integrate with many products in the ecosystem. The course authoring tool works only on laptop and does not work on a mobile.

Comments: I evaluated the platform to conduct employee training. For our small team size, it has all the features that we needed.

The platform is very easy to use and manage. I liked the neat and clean UI. Their built in course authoring tool is very useful if you want to create courses in-house.

The product needs to integrate with other platforms like HRMS systems.

There is no integration with outside tools. The assessment module has a very simple interface and few functionality.
