> **Pros**: Price point. Nothing else I can think so because it is so frightening

> **Cons**: Service support which is not on point when many issues happens during office hours. The problems happen every single day. Scheduling issues, messages disappearing, icons disappearing. You cant find your quick replies for 2 days? You cant find your templates for 2 days? All happening during critical moments at work and you have to do your work manually.

> Frightening. It taught me to be careful before purchasing because it seems like we are the guinea pigs to test the extension.
