Additionally, issues related to the call function are one of the biggest challenges. This makes our volunteer match leaders skeptical about whether they can 'rely' on the system and can drain their motivation. 3. The matching function is also not as intuitive and user-friendly as I would like it to be. > > Kople is a good product for a visiting service like Activity Friends, as it addresses many challenges, such as data storage and result monitoring, etc. However, there are also pitfalls when involving volunteers (often 65+), who may not be the primary target audience for the program, which seems to have been designed more with paid/professional employees in mind.
