Frequent error messages and inability to submit prescriptions during busy time. Get ready to have to submit all your prescriptions after hours. > > Setup was easy. Worked well for the past few years. Since they've changed their name to DoseSpot (probably related to an acquisition or merger) their quality has dropped off precipitously - frequent error messages and inability to submit prescriptions. Customer support is non-existent. I think they're having bandwidth issues but there's nothing as frustrating as having to wait hours to submit a prescription (after hours) and they have zero real time support. I'm currently 36 minutes into hold time for support. That is the rule rather than the exception.
